Hebrews 6:7
image of land and rain
we are like land that has a constant downpour of rain.  The land that uses this rain to produce a useful crop receives blessing.  My life is like a crop, am I dead or alive?  The land that produces thorns is worthless to the Lord and in danger of being cursed.  "in the end it will be burned" (that means hell).  Where Do I want to spend eternity?  Withering in pain in flames till the end of my days or rejoicing for my father is eternal and glorious and sitting at the throne of my fathers feet.  The question is simple: would I rather be on fire (for the Lord now) and let my life be a blazing offering, a life that shouts and sings the greatness of the king; or spend the rest of my life rotting away in a fire that never ceases?
Luke 12:5 But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.

James 3:6 And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell.
Mat 23:33 Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?
-By using the rain that falls on me and harvesting love and grace towards others.  By being a crop of
      continuous harvest!
